This is a Branch Management position with a growing independent operation.
*Basic Salary of£28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
*A commission structure aligned to both personal and team performance.
*OTE £68,000 – £75,000+
Our client is a forward-thinking, independent estate agency based in Romford, providing a high-quality, personal service across residential sales and lettings. They are a growing business with a strong focus on culture, consistency, and working as a team to develop and grow the business. They are now looking for the right person to take ownership of their residential sales department.
The Role
We are seeking an Estate Agent Sales Manager to lead a residential sales department, currently consisting of two property consultants and an administrator. This is a player-manager role, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the day-to-day sales process while also developing and growing a team.
Estate Agent Sales Manager- Key Responsibilities :
*Drive instructions, sales agreed, and completions
*Maintain a strong pipeline and improve conversion rates
*Manage, support, and develop the sales team
*Implement and maintain clear sales processes and CRM discipline
*Ensure high standards of client service and communication
*Contribute to the growth and development of the department
Estate Agent Sales Manager - The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience in residential estate agency (senior or management level)
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Organised, process-driven, and consistent
*Positive, growth mindset
*Team player who leads by example
