We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Valuer/Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Aldgate.
The successful candidate must have previous experience and be up to date knowledge of all current legislation.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
No driving licence required!
Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Valuer/Manager:
*Basic £35,000
*OTE £60,000
*Additional bonuses
*Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
*1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 2pm (time back in lieu)
*5 day working week
*Quarterly drinks with all offices
*Other incentives
Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Valuer/Manager:
*Help with growing the Lettings department
*Carry out viewings and agreeing new lets
*Attend market appraisals and secure instructions
*Target call outs to applicants and book viewings
*Record comprehensive file notes and correspondence on Reapit
*Use, build and maintain the Landlord prospecting database
*Build relationships with porters, show flat staff, developers and relocation agents.
*Ensuring weekly Landlord Feedback
*Answering enquires from Landlords and Tenants
*Organise photos / floor plans / 360 tours and other marketing material
*Manage marketing on Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market and company websites
*Support the company’s social media marketing, including writing blog posts and assisting with research
*Implement a monthly canvassing strategy
*Preparing advertising copy with photographs
*Attending networking or industry events
*Keeping up to date with legislative changes/industry guidelines and ensuring compliance
*Advising Landlords on technical legal issues
*Handle complaints and disputes at the first instance
*Provide assistance to renewal team on current rent levels
*Weekly/monthly meetings with managers and directors
