Full job descriptionThey are looking for a Management Accountant to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis, supporting the finance function during a busy period of growth.

Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, this role will offer broad exposure across management accounts, month-end reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance operations within a collaborative and creative environment.

Operating on a hybrid working model, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working within dynamic Media and Production environments.

Key Duties:
• Preparing monthly management accounts including P&L reporting
• Supporting month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and journal postings
• Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Reviewing financial data and investigating variances
• Supporting cash flow monitoring and reporting
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring ledger accuracy
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve finance queries
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis

Key Skills:
• Previous experience within a Management Accountant or similar finance role
• Experience working within TV Production, Media, Entertainment, or a similar Creative industry
• Strong management accounts and month-end experience
• Confident with reconciliations, VAT returns, and ledger management
• Studying towards or qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA would be beneficial
• Strong Excel skills and experience using finance systems
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage workload effectively
