The Role - IFA Administrator
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to advisers and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of client business.
Key Responsibilities – IFA Administrator
*Liaising with and supporting advisers and paraplanners
*Administering new business for investments, pensions, and protection
*Updating systems, preparing valuations, and annual review documentation
*Communicating with clients and providers via telephone, email, and post
*Processing new business applications
*Chasing outstanding items and documentation
*Handling client queries professionally and efficiently
*Preparing client files for meetings
*Researching investment fund performance
*Typing letters and reports

Skills & Experience Required – IFA Administrator
Essential
*Knowledge of the financial advice industry
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office
*Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
Desirable
*Experience using Wrap Platforms
*Knowledge of Xplan and FE Analytics

*Starting salary of up to £35,000 (Depending on experience)
