This position would suit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to progress into a Supervisory role, or a current Lead Engineer seeking further development and long-term career opportunities.
The Role:
*Support and supervise electrical maintenance activities across the site
*Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance to maximise plant reliability
*Assist with continuous improvement projects, fault finding, and compliance activities


The Candidate:
*Electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
*Looking to progress into a leadership or Supervisory role
*Electrical qualifications / apprenticeship trained
