We are seeking a skilled Forklift Truck Driver with experience in both counterbalance and reach operations. This role offers a great opportunity for a dedicated individual looking for a temp to perm position, with standard hours from 0730 to 1600.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Operate forklifts with a focus on safety and efficiency.
*Responsible for loading and unloading goods from vehicles
*Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in the warehouse.
*Receive and check incoming pick tickets.
*Locate products using technology like RF scanners.
*Maintain a clean and safe environment in the work area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Forklift Truck Driver.
*Valid certification to operate forklifts (counterbalance and reach).
*Good understanding of modern warehousing practices and methods.
*Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
*Ability to lift heavy objects.
*High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others.
*Prompt and punctual with a keen eye for detail.
