Quality Inspector
Job Description
*Setting, operating and programming CMM equipment across a range of high-performance engineering products, using PC-DMIS software and/or Zeiss Calypso software to create and run inspection programmes.
*Carrying out general inspection duties using hand measuring equipment (vernier, shadowgraph, micrometres)
*Verifying supplier ISIR documentation including dimensional, material and process compliance checks
*Supporting Supplier Quality Assurance teams with supplier-related quality concerns and non-conforming products

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
*Previous experience working within an inspection department environment
*Experience programming and operating CMM equipment
*Knowledge of PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso
*Experience using hand measuring equipment including verniers, micrometres and shadowgraphs
