A well-established, CQS accredited law firm with a strong national residential property presence. The firm operates a collaborative and professional environment, supporting clients across a wide range of conveyancing matters through its regional office network.
Role
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or CLC-qualified Fee Earner to join the Solihull office. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working within a busy and established residential property team.
Responsibilities
*Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity release transactions
*Deal with shared ownership leases, new build purchases, Help to Buy schemes, and lease variations
*Conduct title checks on freehold and leasehold properties
*Manage transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
*Progress files from initial instruction through to post-completion
*Provide support and informal training to conveyancing assistants where required
*Develop and maintain local client relationships and contacts
*Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
*Provide cover across other offices when required
*Maintain high professional standards and comply with firm policies and procedures
