What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
*Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors effectively
*Progress agreed sales through to successful completion
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Support the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets

*Previous experience within residential property sales essential
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Confident, articulate and customer-service focused approach
*Smart and professional presentation and manner
*Ambitious, motivated and target-driven attitude
*Knowledge of Leatherhead and surrounding areas desirable
*Full UK driving licence essential
*Genuine interest in property with a professional approach
