A high-performing secondary school is looking for an ambitious Geography Graduate to join their team as a Trainee Graduate Teaching Assistant.
This role is perfect for a graduate who wants to gain practical school experience before progressing into teacher training.
Responsibilities*Supporting Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Working with students in small groups and individually
*Assisting with classroom management and learning activities
*Helping students improve confidence and academic progress
*Supporting revision sessions and intervention programmes
Requirements*A UK Geography degree or related qualification
*Enthusiasm for education and student development
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
*Interest in training to teach in the future

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
