The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Trainee Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of a busy and growing business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in office management and business operations. You’ll gain exposure across office administration, facilities coordination, onboarding, supplier management, and wider operational support while working closely with teams across the business.
This role would suit someone with 1–3 years’ experience in administration, office support, hospitality, customer service, workplace support, or a similar environment who enjoys being organised, helping others, and taking ownership of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the day-to-day management of the office environment
*Coordinate suppliers, facilities, maintenance providers, and office services
*Manage office supplies, purchasing, deliveries, and logistics
*Support employee onboarding and new starter preparation
*Maintain employee records and assist with people administration activities
*Register documentation with Companies House and liaise with external solicitors
*Assist with operational projects and process improvement initiatives
*Provide administrative and coordination support across the business
About You
*1–3 years’ experience in administration, office support, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Confident using Microsoft Office and Teams
*Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get involved
