Full job descriptionAn established company are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team of professionals. The Customer Service Administrator role involves processing client orders, managing stock, and handling email enquiries.
*Salary: Up to £27,000
*Office based

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
*Processing customer orders through to completion
*Arranging, organising, and overseeing couriers
*Processing invoices and managing payments
*Managing multiple email inboxes
*Resolving customer issues and queries
*Managing customer expectations during delays
*Supplying supporting product/service documentation
*Maintaining the in-house customer database
*Assisting with ad hoc administrative functions
Customer Service Administrator skills/competencies:
*Previous experience within the customer service sector desirable
*Outstanding communication skills and strong attention to detail
*Good organisational skills
