IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for an FLT Driver to join a well-established manufacturer based in Ilminster, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to work in a supportive team environment.
Key Duties:*Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
*Supply one-tonne boxes to feed production lines and operate the computerised stock system.
*Work in a busy production environment, ensuring smooth and safe material flow.
*Carry out all duties in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
*Maintain high standards and accuracy while working independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:*Current counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
*Experience working in a busy production or manufacturing environment.
*Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role.
*Motivated, responsible, and reliable.
*Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
What We Offer:*£15.87 per hour, paid weekly.
*Monday to Thursday night shifts (6:30pm-4am).
*Temp to perm opportunity with long-term potential.
*Clean, well-managed working environment.
