We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and committed Year 5 Class Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of London Borough of Redbridge for a September 2026 start. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring teacher to become part of a supportive team dedicated to ensuring every child achieves their full potential.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
*Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for a Year 5 class
*Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
*Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community
*Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
*Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
*Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and strong behaviour management
*Is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils
*Has strong communication and organisational skills
*Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
