Full job descriptionUmbrella Engagement - South West based - must be able to attend site as and when required - Need to have outstanding communication skills - Scrum Master / Agile Lead
*Need to have worked on Major Programmes of Work for Technology Transformation - Shaping and Owning Delivery
*Drive Meaningful Change across a Unique and Complicated IT Estate in a fast moving setting
*Run Agile Ceremonies; manage team velocities, ensure all technical discovery, documentation and delivery is on track and address hurdles to maintain programme momentum
*Work closely with Developers and Testers
*Must have proven background as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in complex environment
*Ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams.
