Full job descriptionMultisite Onsite Coordinator – Kent
Key Requirements:
*Fluency in English is essential
*Ability to speak Nepali would be a strong advantage
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
*Experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or similar roles preferred
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinating workforce activities across multiple sites
*Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes
*Acting as a key point of contact for associates and clients
*Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and staffing levels
General Information:
*Working 5 days out of 7
*Flexible approach to working hours
*Must have proof of Right to Work
*Full Driving licence essential
*Pay Rate DOE
*This is a permanent Role
