Actio Recruitment is supporting a well-established engineering company in Kings Langley as they look to add a Mechanical Production Operative to their team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a steady approach, good workshop discipline and strong attention to detail.
The Role
You will work across a range of mechanical production tasks, including:
*Mechanical sub-assembly following drawings and build instructions
*Finishing and de-burring of components
*Visual and dimensional inspection of parts
*Preparing and packing items for despatch
The Person
The ideal candidate will bring:
*Experience in mechanical assembly or production work
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
*Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and build documentation
*A reliable, team-focused attitude
Hours & Benefits
*Day shift, Monday to Friday

*Hourly rate is dependent on experience
