*Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts and agreements.
*Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
*Communicate with suppliers to track deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
*Assist in supplier evaluation and selection to meet quality and delivery standards.
*Support the Procurement & Supply Chain department with administrative tasks and reporting.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
Profile
A successful Purchasing Co-ordinator should have:
*Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.
