*£27,500 – £37,000 salary (depending on experience / level)
*Monthly bonus – up to 10%
*Full UK driving licence to drive company vans (max 6 points)

About the business
My client is a well-established, globally backed business with over 60 years’ history and a strong presence in the UK for more than 20 years in the renewable energy sector. They’ve built a reputation for stability, quality, and looking after their people – reflected in a genuinely close-knit team environment paired with low team turnover.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire additional Installation Engineers across both standard and senior level.
The OpportunityThis is a hands-on, UK site-based role where you’ll be part of a team delivering installation, commissioning, and service support across a range of electrical projects in the renewable energy sector. You won’t be stuck behind a desk – this role is about getting involved, working on-site, and building solid technical experience within a supportive team.
What you’ll be doing:
*Installing and commissioning electrical equipment
*Supporting service and maintenance work on-site
*Reading and working from electrical schematics
*Assisting with technical queries during project delivery
*Working as part of a collaborative team environment
*At Senior level – supporting and guiding junior engineers
What They’re Looking For*Experience within installation and/or service environments
*Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
*Exposure to testing and commissioning (training can be provided)
*Typically mechanically biased, with a good understanding of electrical systems
Qualifications:
*ECS Gold Card (preferred)
*18th Edition
*Level 3 qualification (electrical or mechanical)
