The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service and supporting continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Inputting purchase ledger invoices
*Raising monthly e-commerce invoices
*Updating bank transaction spreadsheets
*Maintaining cash flow control
*Managing and maintaining the Xero accounting system
*Credit control responsibilities
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Monitoring customer profitability
*Entering customer invoices into EDI systems
*VAT reporting
*Preparing year-end accounts for external accountants
Ideal Candidate
*QBE or Part-qualified/Qualified Accountant
*Previous experience using Xero accounting software desirable
*Strong Excel and general IT skills
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
*Organised with strong attention to detail
