Full job descriptionWe are looking for a highly organised, personable, and proactive Events Coordinator to join a growing team at a prestigious high-end dry hire venue specialising in luxury weddings, corporate events, and filming productions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for exceptional events and client experience to work within a fast-paced, creative, and premium environment.
About the RoleAs an Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering outstanding events from initial enquiry through to execution. You will be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and production teams, ensuring every detail is managed to the highest standard.
The role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a polished professional manner, as you will regularly host venue show rounds and client meetings, including at least one weekend day each week.
Key Responsibilities*Managing wedding, corporate, and filming enquiries from initial contact through to event completion
*Conducting venue show rounds and client consultations
*Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, planners, and production teams
*Coordinating event logistics, timelines, and operational requirements
*Supporting on-site event delivery to ensure seamless execution
*Liaising with catering teams, stylists, AV suppliers, security, and external contractors
*Assisting with filming schedules, access requirements, and production coordination
*Maintaining accurate event documentation, schedules, and CRM systems
*Supporting business development and helping drive venue bookings
*Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the venue’s luxury brand standards
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience within events, weddings, hospitality, luxury venues, or venue coordination
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Professional, confident, and client-facing manner
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
*Flexible approach to working hours, including at least one weekend day per week
*Passion for luxury events and attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence preferred
