Vehicle Maintenance Technician £45,499 basic salary with first-year OTE circa £57,871
£5,000 sign-on bonus
Permanent on-site role based in Fawley
Training available across LPG, IRTEC, ADR and HGV licences
We’re supporting a leading UK employer looking for a skilled Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join their on-site workshop team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with heavy vehicle maintenance experience to join a supportive, safety-focused environment with strong training, progression and long-term development.

You’ll maintain, inspect, diagnose and repair heavy vehicles, trailers and workshop equipment, helping keep the fleet safe, compliant and operational.
You’ll work as part of a busy workshop team, supporting drivers and wider operations while following high safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
*Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or proven industry experience
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Knowledge of vehicle systems, trailers, plant and workshop equipment
*Safety-first approach
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*HGV C licence or ADR beneficial
