About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different classroom environments, and is committed to delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2.
You will provide consistent cover for planned and unplanned staff absences, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver engaging lessons across a range of primary year groups
*Follow school policies, routines, and behaviour expectations
*Adapt quickly to different classrooms and teaching styles
*Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
*Provide feedback on learning and progress at the end of each day
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
About You
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in primary settings
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*Flexible, reliable, and confident working across year groups
*Passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
