Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. To be considered for this trainee lettings negotiator position, however, you will preferably have a sales or customer service background and have dealt with high-end clientele. Responsibilities will include:
*Preparing and delivering, by hand and/or by post, canvassing material
*Arranging and booking in lettings viewings
*Booking out keys and confirming with applicants and landlords
*Registering applicants
*Conducting viewings
*Liaising with and updating all clients and applicants
*The role will involve updating both with feedback and subsequently, advising on further actions required.
Personal specification:
*Be driven and ambitious
*An excellent communicator
*Be well-spoken with a good phone manner
*Confident and outgoing
*Target driven
*IT literate
*Well presented.
The salary package for this trainee lettings negotiator role will include a basic of £20,000, plus on target earnings equating to c. £35,000 to £40,000. The hours of work will be 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. A driving licence is not required for this position!
