The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join this fantastic school as soon as possible, with the role continuing until the end of the academic year and the potential to extend into the new school year.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
*Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
*Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources and activities
*Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
*Helping to maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
*Providing additional support to pupils with varying abilities and needs
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
*Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*Have previous experience working with children, preferably within a primary school setting
*Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children’s education and development
*Have a basic understanding of the primary curriculum

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
