A warm, community-focused primary school in the outskirts of solihull is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with recent primary school experience to support learning across KS2. This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about helping pupils achieve their best.
The Role
*Provide high-quality classroom support in KS2 (Years 3–6)
*Lead small-group interventions in reading, writing and maths
*Support pupils with additional needs to access learning
*Assist with lesson preparation, resources and classroom organisation
*Promote positive behaviour and consistent routines
*Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
About You
*Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
*Experience working in a UK primary school (required)
*Confident supporting learning in KS2
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*Able to use initiative and work independently
*Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
