About the RoleWe are currently recruiting Support Workers to join a specialist residential care home in Chorley, supporting adults under 65 with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs, and dementia.

Key Responsibilities*Provide high-quality, person-centred support
*Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
*Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
*Support residents with activities and community engagement
*Follow care plans and risk assessments
*Build positive relationships with residents and colleagues
*Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately
*Help create a safe, welcoming environment
Requirements*Caring, patient, and reliable approach
*Previous care experience desirable but not essential
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Flexible to work shifts including weekends where required
*Willingness to provide personal care support
*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
