A Project Accountant will be hired to support our client with transformation with current systems to deliver automation, efficiency gains and scalability. Hybrid working.
Key Area of Focus:
*Map and document current processes
*Identify inefficiencies and quick wins
*Understand how teams are currently using systems
*Develop a clear improvement roadmap
*Collaborate with internal developers to implement changes
*Drive automation and process improvements
*Act as the link between finance, operations and developers

About You
*Strong systems knowledge
*Experience of transformation and improvement projects
*Experience with mapping processes and redesigning workflows
*Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
*Ability to deal with ambiguity
*SQL database knowledge would be nice to have but not essential
