Description
*Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Advising employer clients on complex workplace and HR issues
*Handling Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy where appropriate
*Supporting business development activities and client relationship management
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members on projects and matters
Profile
A successful Employment Solicitor should have:
*A solicitor with ideally 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and contentious employment matters
*Confident advising employer clients on complex HR and workplace issues
*Commercially aware with strong drafting and client management skills
*Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider team
*Experienced in supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior colleagues
*Excellent client management and communication abilities.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
