Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with a manufacturing company in Leicester who is looking for temporary Part Qualified Finance Manager to support the business. This is a temporary role for three months with a view to be extended. The client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part Qualified Finance Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available immediately or at short notice to work within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities for Finance Manager
*Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
*Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across financial records
*Preparing and posting journals
*Supporting the year-end process and liaising with external auditors
*Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
*Maintaining strong financial controls and processes
*Supporting senior finance stakeholders with ad hoc reporting and analysis
Essential Experience for Finance Manager
The successful candidate must have experience in:
*Dealing with auditors
*Preparing journals
*Year-end processes and reconciliations
Requirements
*Part qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
*Previous experience within a finance or management accounts role
*Strong Excel and analytical skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
*Available immediately or within a week
