Location: Hybrid (Kent)
Contract: 6 months
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £14.46 per hour
We are seeking an experienced SAR Officer to process a high volume of Subject Access Requests, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 while supporting backlog reduction.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage SARs from receipt to completion within statutory deadlines
*Review and collate records from relevant systems and partners
*Redact sensitive and third-party information
*Prioritise and process backlog cases
*Maintain accurate records and liaise with internal stakeholders
Essential Experience*Experience handling SARs in a local authority, NHS, or similar setting
*Strong knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection legislation
*Proven ability to redact complex and sensitive information
*Ability to manage high workloads and meet deadlines
