Recruitment Consultant - Education (Support Staff Specialist) Location: Leeds City Centre

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Leeds office.
The RoleThis is a sales-focused recruitment role specialising in the placement of support staff within schools across Leeds and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in sourcing and placing high-quality candidates into vital school-based roles including:
*SEND Teaching Assistants
*Pastoral Officers
*Cover Supervisors
*Attendance Officers
*School Admin Staff
You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and schools, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities*Develop and manage a portfolio of school clients across the region
*Source, interview, and place support staff into temporary and permanent roles
*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Identify new business opportunities and win new clients
*Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement
*Deliver excellent customer service at every stage
What We’re Looking For*A target-driven, sales-minded individual with a proactive attitude
*Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
