The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and growing conveyancing team. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, within a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Shared ownership transactions
*Re-mortgages
*New build developments

*Handle files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care throughout
*Advise and communicate with clients in person, over the telephone and in writing
*Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
*Maintain and manage client files efficiently and in compliance with required standards
*Respond to enquiries and provide quotations where required
*Build and maintain relationships, identifying networking opportunities and generating new business


Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
*Familiarity with CQS standards
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
*Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documentation
