Full job descriptionCredit Controller12-Month FTC | Full-time | Hybrid Working
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within a large and established business, you will support the Credit Control function to ensure customer accounts are managed effectively and payments are collected within agreed terms.
Duties will include:*Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
*Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
*Investigating and resolving invoice queries
*Reconciling customer accounts
*Issuing statements and reminder letters
*Negotiating payment plans where required
*Producing reports for management
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties and projects
Experience required:*Previous experience within Credit Control, Sales Ledger or Accounts
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
