Full job descriptionRole: HR Business Partner
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Location: Nottingham - Office Based
We’re partnering with a fast-growing organisation to recruit a hands-on HR Business Partner. This is a broad generalist role supporting multiple sites, focused on driving people initiatives, improving processes, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities*Partner with senior leaders across sites as a trusted advisor
*Manage and develop an HR team, ensuring effective delivery
*Support change programmes, restructures, and growth initiatives
*Coach managers on performance, engagement, and ER matters
*Oversee employee relations cases
*Review and implement HR policies and processes
*Support recruitment and training delivery
*Work within TUPE and unionised environments
About You*Proven HR generalist / HRBP experience
*Leadership experience
*Experience managing or leading a small HR team
*Knowledge of TUPE and unions
*Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
*CIPD Level 5 preferred (or Level 3 with equivalent experience)
