Hourly rate:£14.80 Per Hour
We are seeking warm, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our pool of Welcome Hosts, supporting one of our prestigious corporate clients on an ad-hoc temporary basis.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well-supported from the moment they arrive.
About the RoleAs a Welcome Host, you will provide a blend of front-of-house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities may include:
Key Responsibilities*Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach
*Support with post room duties, including receiving goods
*Manage internal and external post collection and distribution
*Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries
*Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed
*Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
*Taking deliveries (Can weigh upto 20KG)
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-service role
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to remain calm and confident in both busy and quiet periods
*Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable switching between tasks
*A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service
Additional Details*Ad-hoc temporary shifts - flexibility required
*Location: KT5, South West London
