Duties & Responsibilities:
*Managing our customers daily volumes.
*Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
*Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
An understanding of the transport industry is essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
