Full job descriptionCherry Professional is working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Loughborough area to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a highly commercial, operational-facing role focusing on controlling, performance, and driving efficiencies (rather than statutory reporting).
The role
Working closely with site and commercial stakeholders, you’ll support decision-making through robust analysis and insight, including:
*Financial business partnering across operations and commercial teams
*Reporting, budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
*Stock/inventory focus and identifying shopfloor efficiencies
*Managing risks & opportunities through strong controlling
*Working with an ERP environment (SAP exposure highly beneficial)
What we’re looking for
*Proven controlling/operational finance experience (non-statutory focus)
*5+ years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
*Strong exposure to inventory/stock and operational performance
*Confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders
*SAP working knowledge preferred
*Qualified / part-qualified / QBE
Package
*Salary: up to £60,000
*Bonus: 6%
*Hours: 38 per week (earlier finish on Fridays)
*Location: On-site, 5 days (occasional homeworking by exception)
*Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays, rising with service + buy/sell option
*Pension: 5% employer contribution after probation
*Healthcare & wellbeing benefits after probation + additional perks/events
