Working closely with managers and partners, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and supporting junior team members while continuing to develop your own technical expertise.
What you’ll be doing*Preparing statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients under UK GAAP
*Producing consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with reporting standards
*Supporting clients with management accounts and outsourced finance reporting
*Building strong working relationships with clients and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
*Assisting with ad-hoc audit assignments and collaborating with wider teams where required
*Reviewing work completed by junior staff and providing ongoing guidance and support
*Contributing to an advisory-led approach, identifying opportunities to add value to clients
*Supporting senior leadership with business development activities and client growth initiatives
What we’re looking for*ACA or ACCA part-qualified or qualified with experience gained within practice
*Strong background preparing statutory accounts within the Accountancy industry
*Experience with management accounts, outsourcing, or client reporting services
*Good working knowledge of UK GAAP and exposure to consolidated accounts
*IFRS knowledge would be advantageous
*Confident communicator with strong organisational and client relationship skills
*Comfortable managing workloads independently while working collaboratively within a team
*Experience using Excel and Word regularly, with Caseware knowledge beneficial
