Andover
From £19.32 - £20.55 an hour
Pertemps are working with a world-leading food distribution company in Andover, recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a professional transport operation supplying stores. We are looking for highly motivated and reliable HGV Class 1 drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining high safety standards.
Overview about the role
*Work start times from 4am
*8-13 hour shifts
*Thursday – Monday (weekend work included)
*Safely delivering fresh, frozen, and ambient products
*Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
*Representing our clients in a professional and timely manner
*Completing delivery paperwork and following route instructions
*Full day induction and day assessment
Requirements for this Class 1 HGV Role:
*A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
*Minimum 2 years Class 1 Driving experience is needed
*Good knowledge safe driving practices
*CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
Shift Rates
*Week Days - £19.32
*Saturday - £19.55
*Sundays - £20.55
*Overtime after 48 hours
