Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing organisation based in central Bath, who are looking to welcome a motivated Operations Assistant to their expanding compliance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys research, critical thinking, and problem-solving and who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a rewarding and exciting career.
DAY TO DAY
*Review and assess client-submitted visual and written content to ensure it meets regulatory standards.
*Apply both clear-cut and context-based rules appropriately, using sound judgment and analytical thinking.
*Provide clear, constructive feedback to clients, supporting them through the revision process.
*Conduct background research to ensure decisions align with industry and regulatory expectations.
*Help maintain internal guidance materials and processes to support consistent, high-quality output.
*Monitor digital and social media activity to identify any potential compliance risks.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
*Someone curious, motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
*A logical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and working through complex information.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
*Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently.
*Comfortable using Microsoft Word and other digital tools such as Excel or Jira.
*Prior experience in administrative, research, or content review roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
*Ideal subjects of study may include English, History, Psychology, Economics, Law, or Media Studies.
