Our client is a nationwide firm that specialises in Residential Conveyancing. Offering the opportunity to work full-time from home with top of the range technology alongside a generous bonus scheme, they are currently looking for a Remortgage Conveyancer to join their growing team.


Duties
*Handling your own caseload of remortgage files
*Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties to progress cases efficiently
*Complying with regulatory and quality standards
*Delivering outstanding client service throughout the process

*You must have previous experience handling remortgage files either on their own or as part of a wider caseload
*Strong attention to detail is essential
*Excellent organisational skills
*Great communication skills
*Client-focused approach
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team
*Enthusiasm for the industry
*Proactive and self-motivated
