Full job descriptionWe are seeking TWO skilled Management Accountant to join a reputable business services organisation, one based in Huntingdon and one in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing financial insights and ensuring accurate reporting within the Accounting & Finance department.

Description
*Prepare and manage monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
*Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
*Utilise advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyse data from multiple sources.
*Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
*Prior experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
*Strong ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with multiple data sources.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Experience using the IFS ERP system
