Full job descriptionWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Die Cutter to join a busy production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating die-cutting machinery and take pride in producing high-quality components on time and to specification.

Key responsibilities
*Set up, operate and monitor die-cutting machinery safely and efficiently
*Change dies and tooling, adjust settings, and perform trial runs to ensure correct set-up
*Inspect finished pieces for quality, accuracy and consistency; make adjustments as required
*Carry out routine machine maintenance, cleaning and basic troubleshooting
*Follow production schedules and meet daily output and quality targets
*Keep accurate production records and complete required paperwork
*Adhere to health & safety and quality control procedures at all times
*Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to supervisors

Skills and experience required
*Proven experience operating die-cutting machinery in a production environment
*Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor adjustments and maintenance
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to read job tickets, basic drawings and measurement tools
*Physically able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
*Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
*Willingness to work shifts and occasional overtime as required

Desirable
*Previous experience with specific die-cutting equipment or processes
*Forklift licence or relevant safety certifications

This will be a full time shift working Monday to Friday in the afternoon shift of 2pm - 10pm. Please note there will be a short period of day shifts when initially starting the role.
