Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
Joining a mid-size marketing team within a growing business, this role takes ownership of Digital Marketing activity, with a focus upon:
*2 Company websites, including a re-launch project
*User experience, SEO, performance metrics
*Digital marketing campaigns
*CRM integration project
*Lead conversion & generation, analytics
Responsible for:
*Digital marketing strategy - including websites, SEO, digital campaigns, lead generation
*Running, maintaining and improving the digital marketing activities
*Large-scope project work - supporting a website re-launch
*Monitoring integrated digital marketing analytics across all websites, providing insights and recommendation to ensure optimised activity and user engagement
*Management of company-wide integration of CRM for lead retrieval
*Scope and review relevant KPIs throughout campaigns and projects
*Play an active part in generation of ideas
*Manage and create content where appropriate
Skills & experience required:
*At least 5 years’ in a marketing role
*3 years’ digital marketing experience
*Experience in web marketing and digital analytics
*Pro-active work style
