Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, Suffolk County Council, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Integrated Front Door / MASH role.
The assignment will last at least 3 months, paid at £45.50 per hour.
The office is based in Ipswich.

The role will involve the following:
*Managing Safeguarding triage
*Overseeing complex / high-risk cases
*Leading the team
*Providing supervision and coaching
*Quality assurance and performance oversight
*Location: Landmark house, Ipswich, IP1 5PF
*Hybrid: 3 days on site and 2 days WFH.
Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
*Must have Team Manager experience.
*Must have MASH / Front Door knowledge and skills
