Equifind is partnering with a highly regarded global investment business to hire an experienced FP&A Manager into a visible and commercially critical interim position within their London team. This is not a back-office reporting role.
It’s a genuine commercial finance opportunity where you’ll work closely with senior leadership across UK and EMEA operations, helping shape business performance, strategic decision-making, forecasting, and financial planning across a complex international platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple business areas
*Deliver insightful board and management reporting with clear commercial commentary
*Partner closely with senior stakeholders on business performance, cost management, and strategic initiatives
*Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and performance analytics
*Support decision-making through high-quality analysis and executive-ready presentations
*Drive improvements across reporting, controls, automation, and finance processes
*Play a key role in regional finance projects and transformation initiatives

Package details
*Competitive day rate of £700-£850 per day
*Breakfast and lunch and is 4 days in the office.
*Initial 6 month contract, with the strong potential to extend
About You
*ACA / CA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
*5–10 years’ FP&A or commercial finance experience
*Experience within financial services, private equity, or large complex commercial organisations would be advantageous
*Strong experience within multi-entity or international businesses
*Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
*Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities
*Comfortable operating in fast-moving, demanding environments
