An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and commercially minded CRM Marketing Manager to join a growing multi-site business with a strong national presence. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of CRM, digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies across multiple consumer brands. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging customer journeys, improving retention and driving repeat business through data-led marketing activity.


The Role
*Manage and deliver CRM and email marketing campaigns
*Build and optimise customer journeys and automated communications
*Analyse campaign performance and customer engagement data
*Support loyalty and membership initiatives
*Work closely with marketing, commercial and operational teams
*Help shape customer communications across several exciting brands


What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within CRM, digital marketing or lifecycle marketing
*Strong understanding of email marketing and customer engagement
*Confident using CRM systems and analysing campaign performance
*Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
*Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
*A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
