We are partnering with a highly successful and growing B2B business, looking to appoint a Head of Product Management & Marketing.
This is a pivotal leadership role, sitting on the management team, with a mandate to drive the transition to a product-led organisation. You will take ownership of both product management and marketing, shaping strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering profitable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership - Drive innovation and growth by identifying key opportunities and applying a structured, insight-led approach to product development and lifecycle management.
Brand & Marketing Leadership - Work with the Head of Marketing to turn strategic priorities into high-quality execution across both traditional and digital channels, tailored to each brand, sales channel, and target audience.
Commercial & Strategic Impact - Deliver profitable growth through strong alignment of product strategy, pricing, brand positioning, and channel execution, backed by stakeholder insight.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination - Drive complex cross-functional programmes and contribute at senior leadership level, delivering strategic priorities through strong stakeholder alignment and collaboration.
