Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, based in Surrey, is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a permanent contract.
The position is due to start ASAP and the salary is £41,000.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Housing Officer, hold an enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years and also have access to their own vehicle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Overseeing a patch of around 500 properties
*Handling low level ASB
*Carrying out tenancy visits, tenancy audits, and estate inspections
*Serving NOSPs and NTQs
*Representing the council in court
Experience required:
*5 years experience as a Housing Officer
*Experience in court attendance and representation
Rewards and Benefits:
*2 days a week working from home
*55p mileage rate
Working hours:
*37 hours per week
*Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
